Return Policy for Customized Products

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to customized products (including but not limited to fridge magnets, badges, and related derivatives) purchased under the PixSwiss brand by Cygnia Sàrl.
Note: Due to the unique nature of customized products, this policy supersedes general return/exchange policies for non-customized items unless explicitly stated below.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions & Rules

A. Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges

  • Definition: Products with verifiable manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
    ✓ Material cracking or breakage
    ✓ Severe misalignment or fading of printing/engraving
    ✓ Magnet detachment (non-human caused)
    ✓ Functional damage (e.g., broken badge pin clasp)

  • Resolution:

    • Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).

    • Upon verification, we will reproduce the item free of charge and cover shipping costs.

    • No refunds or returns; replacement limited to the same product.

B. Non-Quality-Related Returns/Exchanges

  • Customized products are generally non-returnable, including cases such as:
    ✓ Errors in customer-provided design files (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect proportions).
    ✓ Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., reasonable color deviation from digital displays).
    ✓ Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

  • Exceptions: If the error is due to our system (e.g., incorrect customization), we may offer reproduction or compensation vouchers.

3. Return/Exchange Process

A. Contact Us

  • Email customer service at info@pixswiss.ch with the subject line [Custom Product After-Sales].

  • Provide your order number, issue description, and at least 3 clear photos/videos from different angles.

B. Review & Response

  • We will respond with a decision within 1-3 business days.

C. Reproduction & Shipping

  • Confirmed quality issues will be reproduced within 3 business days.

  • Shipped via tracked logistics at our expense.

4. Liability Exclusions

  • Design Responsibility: Customers are responsible for final approval of design files. Submission constitutes acceptance of production standards.

  • Shipping Risks: Inspect packages upon delivery. Refuse damaged items and photograph evidence immediately; otherwise, items are deemed delivered intact.

  • Force Majeure: Delays or damage caused by natural disasters, customs policies, or other uncontrollable factors are excluded from quality liability.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Revised versions will be posted on our official website and take immediate effect.
