Under Article 19 of the Swiss Federal Act on Consumer Protection (FACP) regarding custom-made goods, since each product is uniquely crafted to your specifications (including personalized designs/sizes/materials), returns or refunds are not accepted for non-defective items after design confirmation and payment.
We guarantee premium quality. If you encounter any of the following issues, please submit clear photos/videos with unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery (aligned with Swiss consumer law):
❶ Fading/Blurred prints ❷ Structural damage ❸ Significant deviations from approved designs
✅ Quality issue resolution process:
Email evidence to info@pixswiss.ch
Receive inspection results within 24 hours (Swiss working days)
Priority free remake
Full refund via original payment method if remaking is impossible (5-7 business days)
⚠️ Non-quality related scenarios include:
• Minor color variations (due to screen differences)
• Subjective aesthetic preferences
• Packaging damage during transit (unless insured)
• Issues reported after 14 days
